Where should I go now for more power? Nitrous? Super/Turbo? Stronger rear end with maybe some 3.73s or 4.10s? Forged internals(probably go 383 or 396 while Im at it)? After having a Neon SRT holding fairly well at 130mph(read FAIRLY well, still didnt win
) its time for more mods.

I would find out exactly what is wrong with my car first and foremost. I hope the remark about a Neon SRT hanging at all was a totally sarcastic remark???
With that cam and FULL boltons you should ABSOLUTELY with-out-a-doubt WALK that four cylinder car. If it was just a joke, then I would consider possibly 4.10s or a nice shot of Nitrous. You can also do a nice 355 buildup with forged parts and spray till your hearts content.
