I just bought some gears off E-bay, but i need to get a series 3 carrier for my car. it's a 97 z, a4, with a few go-fast goodies, but the stock 2.73s

where can i get a new carrier or will an install shop be able to do that for me?

i'm also gonna need to get a re-program right? and also, what does a series 3 look like...i've never done gears before and have no idea what to look for.
