Hey guys...lie the caption says..I want to rebuild my LT1.... And I need to know where to get a crank, rods, pistons and what not... I figure jegs/summit of rods and everything. But what about like the crank and pistons and main bearings and everything. BTW what all do i need to rebuild my short block??? Need some help

There's all kinds of places that sell kits with all that stuff in them. If you're going to get it rebuilt i suggest even talking to the machinist you go to. MY machinist got me a deal on a engine kit about $150 cheaper than summits package with better brand name components for example. Also consider your actual goals with the engine...you may not want to waste your money on rods or a crank if you are planning on not making over 400rwhp. Just get the existing rods reconditioned and the crank balanced.
