where to get big tires

I want to put 295/35/17 on the back of my car. I have been looking but most places only go to 275's. I already have these and there is still that traction issue.

What type of trackion issue? Turning or hooking in a straight line? Maybe rubber compound, sidewall height, tread pattern, or other items may need to be considered...??????

I don't have a traction problem.

If you're having traction issues you may want to consider drag radials. I don't think going half an inch or so wider on the tire is going to help that much, you need a different compound.
