Question Where to find this adapter? (pics inside)

I am going to rework my intake a little bit in order to put my MAF directly in front of my TB. The Nitrous Express MAF setup will be on my car very shortly and I don't want to spray into my 1LE elbow. I want a smooth bellow like the ones in these pics:

Any clue where to buy one of these? They look like some of the plumbing fittings I've seen at Home Depot, is that the case? If so what do I need (part #)? Will it fit around my 58mm TB?

I'm spraying a 200 shot, my goal is to get this boat to run 10.80's on the stock shortblock

That is a Fernco 3" x 3" sewer pipe connector. $6 at your local Home Depot, including 2 stainless band calmps.

FERNCO CONNECTOR

To get it over the 58mm TB (or any TB, they are all the same), heat it in boiling water on your stove, then force it over the TB while its soft. That is a 58mm Holley.
