Where does these vacuum lines go ?

Where does these vacuum lines go ?
I cant find it on shoebox's site. It comes from the AIR pump and has two wires with a black spacer thing on it like the one for the opti, one is longer than the other and it has a gray top at the base that says made in USA or something. I suck at this kinda stuff.
