Where does this Ground go?

Where does this Ground go?
OK the ground that is attached to the frame on the pass side where does it go from there?I have the pcm ground the motor mount ground but where does this one go to? I just put motor back in and im not sure where it goes

heres a pic of it sorry its the only pic I have and my car is at my friends on his lift so i couldnt take a new one yet.......it mounts on the frame rail by the sway bar mount on the pass side.....

Thats a weird one. Is it coming from your battery? Do you have your starter motor wired up?
Is it possibly an extra ground wire someone threw on for a better ground?

no its just comin right off the frame I think it may go to my motor mount also maybe as an extra ground...If I put it there it wouldnt cause any probs right..?
Im trying to find a short. When I plugged in the battery I got a giant spark so I unplugged that fast
