Where do you get this tool

I need those clips that go on the rocker arm and block the oil from squirting, while adjusting lifter preload, with the motor running.

But I found that the rockers still throw oil up. What I've done when I've had the covers off with it running was cut out a piece of cardboard that runs the length of the rockers and curves up at each end and just placed it between the rocker tips and the raised edge of the head and the springs.
Nice and cheap and keeps the oil in and you can make one right now instead of waiting for the clips.
