Where do these wires go?

Where do these wires go?
I'm finishing up the 383 install in my 93 Camaro and I can't remember where two wires go. There are two small wires with ring terminals that are in the harness with the wires to the starter. It looks like one is grey or black and the other is grey with a white stripe. Does anyone know where these wires get connected?
