Where did you get your water pump, and how is it holding up?

I’m shopping for a new water pump (not an electric one).

Autozone has one remanufactured by “Valuecraft” for $50 anyone have experience with them?
OR:
One from Apora for $135 (at Autozone)
One remanufactured by NAPA for $88 (at NAPA)
New pump from NAPA for $150 (at NAPA)
New pump by Dura Pro for $140 (at NAPA)
New pump by ASC for $130 (at Advanced Autoparts)
New pump by Carter for $200 (at Advanced Autoparts)
New pump by GMB for $198 (at Advanced Autoparts)
One remanufactured by Simco for $100 (at Advanced Autoparts)
One remanufactured by A1 Cardone for $93 (at Advanced Autoparts)

Anyone have any experience with any of these pumps?

Thanks,
-Jason

My waterpump went out last winter. Unfortunately I was pretty much broke at the time. I installed the "valuecraft" water pump from autozone. It's still working at this point and I don't see any signs of it failing yet.

I got a brand new AC Delco pump for $179.95 at http://www.expressautoparts.com (The AC Delco pumps usually retail for around $230-$250!!!!) They have **free** shipping and it arrived two days after I placed the order! So if your lookin to get a great deal on a great pump, check out Express Auto Parts. BTW, the part number for my pump was 251-556. Yours should be the same. Good luck!

i have. for two days only though. it has one year warranty. as for me. i'm short in cash right now. so one year should be good. make sure you tighten all the bolts correctly and really tight. those gasket they give you is not the best one.
