Where is the crankcase breather filter?

Ok, where is the crankcase breather filter? My auto shop teacher said that i should change it so the PCV system doesnt get clogged. Do our cars even have one?

Thanks

You don't have one....

They are from the old carb sttle motors, they are a small filter that went inside where the large round airfilters were.. on the side... were held in by a little metal clip...

I would suggest replacing your PCV every once in a while though, it's in the DS of your intake manifold, about 1/2 way down the length, and 1/2 way up/down..

Yeah i will check my PCV valve tomorow.

Well he has i believe over 100 cars all over the country. Most of them are junkers so im not sure. He recently just got done refurbishing a MG. Hes a really weird guy but funny as hell. He throws erasers a kids that are less than inteligent and doesnt give a crap what the school board says.

But I will let him know tomorow that we have moved into the 21st century.

Thanks
