I put a Hurst billet plus shifter in my car a couple days ago. Let me tell you this thing is such a huge improvment over the stock POS. Really like it. I would however like a shorter stick for it. Anyplace know where i can get a short stick for it? ALso does anyone know where i can buy the Hurst 6spd shifter **** in black?

Any speed shop should be able to get you one. If you got your shifter from a shop, get it there.

 

Do a search for 'lous short stick'. Another alternative is taking care of it yourself if you have access to the right tools

 

i would just cut it and re thread it but the top part of the stick is a different diameter than the botom of the stick. I would have to grind it down to roughly the same diameter and then re thread it.

I'll look for the lou's short stick. I knew they were made fo r the pro 5.0 but not the hurst.

anyone have any guesses on the ****? I have already checked summit and jegs.

I ve also seen the shift ***** on ebay. I have the black leather one.
