Where is best place to buy a lt1 block?

Hello my freind has blown his engine and i need to know where is the best place to buy a 350 lt1 short block His car is a 96 camaro..thanks for all your help anyone

Ebay i picked mine up for $100 cam with valve train.

thats just the chance you take but that was the first thing i had done, it was checked and was ok the only problem is i didn't know the mileage and the cause of the pull but cam and bearings looked good when they came out.

i have one for sale from a engine that through a rod. and scored the cylinder, but its below where the piston travels and if you did a .030 it would get it out.

Check out GolenEngineService.com, Ive heard nothing but good stuff from the people that buy there Long and Short blocks. My buddy has 480 RWHP, with one of there crate motors, he hasn't had a problem yet.
