When Will It Stop!!?

Ok, My stock 94 Z is acting up once again. The car is missing very badly upon acceleration. I also hear a little tick coming from the drivers side cylinder bank upon any more than a creeping acceleration. The car runs fine at some times, and like sh!$ at others. Today I took it out, it was cold out, and I couldnt get the car to drive without having a bad shutter. The car is not revving unusually like before I did the opti. I cant figure this one out. Im going to take it to a dealer and get it scanned. But does anyone have any idea whats up? Thanks guys Cory

Look under your hood in the dark while the engine is running and see if you have a "light show". The ticking sound could be a bad wire causing the spark to jump to the exhaust manifold or block. This would cause your car to run on 7 cylinders.

You either burned a wire or it fell off would be my first guess.
