When car is warm, TB blades stick open a tad...
Why is that? How can I stop it??? I noticed my car idles slightly high, sometimes even at 1100 on my autometer tach when it's warm. Is that normal? Today when it idled high I popped my hood and the TB was not resting on the stop screw so I knew it had not closed all the way, I pushed it back it idled normally at 925 or whatever it is.
Could it be an IAC problem? I really don't know. The TB is only a couple months old and it's a nice piece by NOMAD.
Also, it might just be me, but since I had the TB it seemed like when I went to press the gas it would stick a little before it moved, like when it's at 0% throttle and I try to move the TB by hand it feels like there is a small resistance to overcome that goes away once they are cracked. It's weird... I would think that the stop screw is not out far enough but it can't be because it idles high when the blades don't close fully and if I press the blades back manually the idle goes down. How can I fix this??
Also (last thing), is there a way to test the TPS to make sure it working as it should? Sometimes crusing at light throttle it sometimes bucks, out of that sometimes it's usually a very very discrete buck that only I can usually feel but sometimes it bucks noticeably.

TTT I clean all that stuff regularly so it is not able to get dirty. I will try it just incase when my engine cools doubt but I highly doubt that to be the problem.
EDIT: After a highway ride to school I noticed when I got off that the throttle was stuck barely open... if that helps anybody.

It's gotta be some kind of physical obstruction or linkage problem. It's not the IAC because its not physically attached to the throttle plates. Maybe there is a minor defect in the throttle body that is hard to see.
