Wheel hop feeling still here....HELP PLZ.

When i turn right usually from a stop, it feels like i have bad wheel hop. It also does it in 2nd gear while turning right but not allways. I changed my fluid with mobil 1 75W-90 with the gm additive. But that didn't seem to help at all. My back right tire was pretty bald so i rotated my tires. Now the 2 back tires have good tread but that didn't help it either. I have no idea what it can be. Does anybody have some ideas?

New rear shocks & LCA's fixed it for me--YMMV.

I have the same problem. Only seems to really occur when turning right when I am on a slight incline at the stop. I asked about this and was told it has something to do with the positraction and pretty much that all is ok.

Yeah but it is really annoying to me. If it is normal then i guess i'm just gonna have to live with it. But if it was normal then wouldn't almost everybody experience it?

If you have wheel hop, your subframe connectors were bolted losely. Or your rear shocks need to be replaced.

Ive been looking into Bilstein Shocks and Ive been pretty stuck on getting those for a year now. I plan on purchasing them by this summer. As far as SubFrame connectors...I like the BMR selection. They have a red powdercoat that stands out. As far as our cars...BMR should be perfect. Hotchkis & Edelbrock and all the other fabricators are more for drag racing and stuff.

So......

Shocks (Try Bilstein)
SubFrame Connectors (Try BMR)
