Blows warm air- I can hear it kick on and it has pressure.
What could be bad?

 

Have you checked the system pressure? It may have enough pressure to click on but not enough to actually do the job. They sell complete recharge kits with a guage at Wal-Mart for about $25.00. Can't beat that!
