2.3 60'

Mods are BBK headers and y pipe, slp cold air intake, flowmaster exhaust, and holley throttle body. I know the 60' is bad but shouldn't it trap higher than that with those mods. BTW 1st time to the track. Oh yah its a 95 lt1 m6. It seems to be running very rich, could this cause the low mph? Any suggestions?

 

High expectations for that 60' of yours is the problem

 

yep, it sounds like you are bogging the launch. If that is the case, you will pick up MPH when you launch properly, since you will be moving faster at the 60' mark.
