Whats my 389 gonna make

So, what do you think my combo will make hp wise?

389 stroker
LE Heads & Intake
GM 847 or XE 230/236
10.5-1 comp
SLP Shorties
58mm TB
30 lb injectors
and all of the other crap associated

I am trying to sell my comp cam. Supposedly it has sold on ebay, but I am awaiting his response. If he backs out, I will probably still use the comp cam.

thanks!

With a tune, i would say you should be in the ballpark of 450-475 rwhp.

Sounds like fun man.

420~440rwhp, depending on a lot of factors. Flow numbers for the heads available?

No, I don't have the numbers on me. They compare spot on with the normal work that Lloyd does.....

If its an A4 then kick about 20 rwhp off what i said, but ive seen LE cars with stock cubes run 410 on his small cam and LE1 heads.

With a 389, LE2 heads, 847 cam, and boltons.... id easily say 450 without a problem. Sometimes i am a little optimistic though.

450 is assuming its running prefect.

What would I make with the LE2 cam? Lloyd has offered me a smokin' deal

Right now I am looking at:

LE2 Cam
GM847
CC 242/248*, 594/613" Custom cam.

So, whats the best for me?

Lloyds cam will be your best bet but with a stroker, i would step up to a larger duration cam if i were you! i'm sure Lloyd has something he can get you
remember a larger cam in a stroker acts like a smaller cam in a 350.....so to speak
