whats a good rpm for idle?

whats a good rpm for idle?

whats a good rpm to set the idle at? i have all the bolt ons roller rockers, and will be doing alot of drag racing. so whats a good place to set it at?

My tach indicates 750 neutral(baseline), and 600 in gear on the stock cam. If you go with a larger cam, many of the programmers will go 100-200 over stock baseline and it seems fine.

If you still have the stock cam you might as well leave it alone. I see in your sig you have some parts on the way, would one happen to be a cam?

If you don't have a cam, stock idle should be fine. The computer controls it and you should not mess with the stop screw on the TB.
