What's the flow rate of these injectors?

What's the flow rate of these injectors?
17121068, a couple websites I checked say they're 21.1# but a few guys on another board say they've seen these on 96/97 F-Bodies which are supposed to be 24#. Can anyone verify this? What's your source? Thanks.
