whats the deal on 93 headers

Will they not fit any other 4th gen. lt1 f-body at all? Is there any mods to be done to make them fit? The reason ask is that Ive search and found several deals on 93 headers and they tell me they wont fit a 97 model. I thought all 93-97 were the same. Whats the difference.

93 Headers were single cat design with an AIR injection tube on the #1 primary, and a secondary AIR injection tube on the #8 primary.

94-95 Headers were single cat design with an AIR Injection Tube on the #1 primary, Seconday AIR injection tube on the #2 primary, and EGR riser vale on the #8 primary.

96-97 were dual cat design, and had the same setup as the 94-95.

Will they fit?? Yes. Will the emissions equipment all hook up?? Not without some fabrication.

The big difference is the EGR tubes connection.

Well if that is the differences Im set them for a good deal. Im not going the greenie weenie route with emissions. Im doing the OBD1 and headers at the same time.

What size plugs do I need to plug the emissions tube and egr connection

I ran 95 MAC headers on my car before. I just needed a longer rubber hose.
