What's code 29?

Car is a 95' Z28 LT1. Been having an SES problem lately. It doesn't seem to really be causing a problem, but it's annoying. Threw a code 29. It wasn't very specific of the problem, and honestly I can't even remember what it said besides the code #(we were drinkin' ok). Also we tested my EGR because as we were scrolling through everything while the scanner was hooked up we noticed it showed 0%. So we kept it on EGR and ran the rpm's up to around 5 grand or so. It never moved at all, stayed at 0%. So obviously that's not moving, good thing I'm removing it. Anyways anyone know what code 29 is? Also think the EGR has anything to do with it? Thanks in advance.

There is a code list on my Tech Page. 29 is for the AIR pump. Revving the engine is not going to make the EGR operate. It only operates in part throttle conditions while you are moving.

why would it only work when your moving?i thought the egr valve supposed to work when the car is under load or part throttle, regardless of wheter the car is moving or not

Well, maybe moving was not the right word. Under load, as you say, is correct. However, there may not be enough engine load when you are sitting still and revving the engine. So basically, you would be moving when there is a load.

Yeah I plan to remove the air pump and EGR through a tune here in a few weeks. So if that's the problem it should fix it right? Also are there any other symptoms to show the air pump is not working? I'm trying to think if I noticed anything diffferent, but I don't believe I have. Also does this code affect performance in any way? Thanks for all your input everyone.
