Whats the bets Cam for 94 z28
There is no best cam. Its all about what you want for your application. What all are you looking for? Do you want a little increase, big increase, street car, drag car, gas mileage, cam surge? It all should play a factor in what you want. Personally I have a pretty damn big cam for a street car that still has good drivability, passes emmissions, not too bad on cam surge or too too bad on gas mileage and It f*cking rips all on stock heads. Alot of this is due to great computer tunneing though and most people wont go this high due to close valve piston clearances but it fits me great and I love it. If your looking for a good street car with more power yet I would go with a cc305 or cc306.
You need to do some more research. And be more specific. We have no idea what cam would be best for you because we need to know your plans with the motor. Is it NA, Nitrous? Turbo? Supercharged? Be more specific do some research and then repost your question.
Im planning on putting heads and a supercharger. i want a cam that will make it sound really choppy. but as of what I have done to my 94 z28 is hooker long tube cermic coated headers, Y pipe , throttle body, MAF, 4.10 gears, K&N cold air, pullies. So I want a cam for this and that will work when i get my cam if not its cool. I just want a cam now that will sound choppy. My car http://www.bigdickmafia.com/anthony1.JPG

Livermore, California? If so you are pretty limited, no big cams, unless your going to swap at smog time. Plus if you are going blower, that is going to help decide what type of cam to look at, you are most absolutely going to need tuning, a blower on a stock engine by itself is already a high risk situation, with our without Californias crappy gas.

Huh?
only problem is a blower cam and a NA performance cam are totally different. you could get a blower cam now and sacrafice HP now or you could get a NA performance cam now and sacrafice HP later when you get the blower. It just doesnt work.
For NA performance I would get the CC305 or CC306. CC305 if you want any chance to pass emissions and 306 if you want the most power.
With a blower cam you want something with less valve overlap. To get less overlap you might want less duration with a higher Lobe sep angle. And you waant to favor the exhaust a lot more. So the designs are totally different. A blower cam will not work for you now.
