Whats all needed to get an LT1 into the mid 11's?

Just wondering how hard it is to get an LT1 into the mid 11's. Im more of an LS1 guy but ive been seeing some pretty nice LT1's around here selling for REALLY cheap and i was just wondering how hard it is to get them into the mid 11's and what all is needed. I know this is a very open question, but how easy is it to do? Thanks.

A lot depends on what you want out of the car.. daily driver? street/strip , race only and the most important factor.. your budget.

It could be as easy as spraying it...

A good heads and cam setup along with supporting boltons and a good hooking car is all you shoud need.

Try a search this exact same question was asked awhile back and it got alot of responses.
