My brother has a 93 TransAm with an engine that recently "died". He doesn't want to pay to have the engine rebuilt so he has offered to let me have the car as is. The car is an A4, completely stock, with around 100k miles.

If you had a budget of around $6000, what mods would you do to this car? I would like over 400 at the wheels N/A, and then a shot of nitrous on top of that. This car will be 99% street driven. Is this possible with a budget like this or am I going to have to throw more $$ into it? Please give an LT1 newbie your opinions.

 

This has been asked many times. Do a search. There probably a dozens of different ways to do this.
