What would a ported set of heads like these be worth?

LT1 Castings.

GTP in Houston Texas will be doing the flow. I will be taking notes and pics of this. Also will provide all sheets of the numbers. The Heads will flow 280+ I and 190 + E, I am sure without a problem.

The heads will have all the machine work finished and will be cut for larger valves. 2.00 Intake and 1.56 Exhaust is what will be used. However when the are sold they will be bare castings. There will be no core needed. This will be a straight out purchase.

If anyone would like to see what they look like I can take a pic and send it to you. They have been ported is all. Email me at ucrazumonkey@cs.com idf you would like to see them.

What would the bare castings with all machine work and flow numbers providing they come out like I said or even better be worth?

Your post is a little ambiguous and difficult to follow. Are you asking us about a set of heads you currently have? Are you selling more than one set? BTW Fully ported heads without the corresponding valves and valve job is gonna be a big PITA for the end user. If you do not include the valves no spring heigth can be set nor can the valve heigth be determined let alone a proper valve job with a backcut. This all stuff that is important and require certain tooling to set up properly. This translates in to extra cost for the end user because he is gonna have to take it somewhere locally and have them done. When you say GTP is doing the flow are you saying that they are testing on there flowbench or are they porting the heads? I would really like to see someone deliver a set of stock LT1 heads that pull those numbers without a proper valve job and will gurantee they flow that or your money back.

The heads have been ported and beaded. They are bare as of right now. I am going to take them to a shop to have them cut for larger valves and do a competition valve job on it. Then I wil have each head milled. What im unsure of, it might just be to smooth them out.
Then I am going to use (1) Ferarra 2.00 intake and (1) Ferrara 1.56 ehaust valve, and have GTP use their bench flow and determine the numbers for the heads.
I was going to see what the heads were worth bare using those valves as testing guides. Now I suppose if someone wanted to purchase these heads I could get all the parts and install them, but I dont see the purpose since everyones taste is a little different.
Did I make more sence or am I just not getting it

Just putting in valves is not going to get you the best flow numbers, you need a valve job to go with it, and almost everyone will just take whatever is a decent and commonly used high quality valve.

If anyone wants anything special they are going to more likely be blower/turbo people, and those folks are alot less common. Most of the time NA guys just want something good to slap on.

There will be a valve job performed before bench flowing the heads.

Who ported them that left you without valves in the first place? Why were you not given a flow sheet?

Good luck on the results
