I am trying ot decide if I wanna get a highflow cat and cutout, or a full catback system ith no cat.
I want it to be lloud so people can hear me driving around a parkin glot at the local crusie spot, but I don't want it to be too loud to get annoyed at it

My cutout made the flowmasters seem quiet. With the cutout and a highflow cat and headers, man that thing is gonna be loud. But at least you can cap it. But the cat back with no cats is a lot harder to alter the sound, which will be hella loud. I love the cutout on my car. THe LT1 just has a great tone with open exhaust.

Unpleasantly, painfully loud at WOT. Even at part throttle it will set the car to vibrating and rattling and will give you a headache.
