k well we have a 93 lt1 reworked .030 over and now the whole passenger bank cylinders are running pig rich and on the passenger side 1+3 are running fine and 5+7 are rich but not as rich as the passenger side.

i kno this by looking at the plugs and they rnt oily but just carboned up.

what would cause this situation?

 

Check the vacuum line to the fuel pressure regulator for presence of any fuel.

 

By the way, the passenger side plugs are 2,4,6,8. What shape are your spark plugs wires? 2 bad wires could cause your issue as well as faulty fuel injectors.
