What will I need

I have the XE 230/236 112 lsa cam in with aprox .585 lift if i used 1.5 rockers. The cam would have .622/.624 lift with 1.6 rockers. Right now there are CM618 springs on the car and I am wondering if anyone had experience with how much lift these springs can really handle. Also, could I use stock lifters as well? Would it be possible to use the 1.6 rockers (.622 lift) on the lt1 with stock pistons?

Id say get some 1.7s and some dome top pistons, and see if you can find a set of stock springs and lifters from a 100k plus vehicle, those will work the best.

Good luck buddy, doesnt look like anybody knows. I would get the Crane 99893 springs, they dont require machining and handle almost .700 I believe, then set them up with compcams seats, locks, and retainers and should be good. On the pistons...???? Clay test!

Did you try advanced tech? Another thing, there should be a way to figure it out mathematically, if you know what the deck height is, how far below the deck stock pistons sit at TDC, and the deck of the heads...wouldnt that be possible, compicated, but possible huh?
