what and where is the crank seal?

It's the bottom seal on the timing cover that seals around the crank hub. The harmonic balancer mounts to the crank hub, which goes through the timing cover and bolts to the crank. Do you know if that seal was changed when you got the Hotcam installed?

Ya, I changed the seal. I hammered it in and I made sure I didn't bend the rubber lip, but I guess it did,there is oil splashing out pretty good. What should I use to install the new seal in order not to ruin it?
