What are you guys running for valve springs when you swap to 1.6 roller rockers. Mid price range. 1995 lt1 trans am. Stock cam heads

 

Crane 10308-1 spring kit is a good replacement spring for stock H/C car with 1:6 rr

replace the valve stem seals also when you do this. Felpro

Those are EXCELLANT springs, I have them on my 383....may be a bit much of a spring for stock cam though

Contact Lloyd Elliott about them. I bought mine from him as he is a dealer for Lunati. If he says they are good for stock cam use than absolutely go for it. His $ are as good as anyone else on them

If he advises something else, go with those. The Lunati kit comes with new valve stem seals also but if you get another spring from him he sells seals separate also.

 

Howards 98215 springs use the stock hardware, leave out the damper coil.
