Going to change the tranny fluid and the differential fluid sometime before race season...what kind of synthetic fluids are safe to use in the tranny/differential on these cars???

Would any synthetic 80W90 gear lube be all right for the differential??? What about the tranny, what do I use there (for a T-56)???
