Question What transmission do I have?

I have a 1995 z28, and I'm confused on what transmission I have. Whether it's the 460 or the 700. Is there a way to tell? Please let me know.

PCM question as well

Thanks guys.
One more question. I'm filling out the PCMforless order sheet and I'm not sure what to check and what not to check. I'm a daily driver and I have emissions to worry about. Do i want to remove top speed limiter? Do I want power programming? What is my MAF size? (i've never touched the thing so I don't it's considered portred or anything), and also do i want the air pump disabled? I will see the track occassioanly but not very often. maybe twice this year.

If you have emissions, I dont think you want to disable the air pump

93 is the 700 R4 also known as the 4L60

NO E because E basically means electronically controlled.
