what are these Valves connected between the manifolds and emmissionstuff

what are these Valves connected between the manifolds and emmissionstuff

these black valves...connected to pipe(that is connected to header... each side has one...they are making noise when i first start my car...goes away after car warms up.... i think they need replacing... anybody now what they are or have a part number?

Those are your AIR pump hoses. They do not need replacing. The air pump turns on when you first start your car to pump fresh air into your exhaust to make it run clearner on startup. Then it turns off shortly after start up. When you don't hear it anymore, thats it shutting off because its done its job.

Those are one way check valves, and they can, and do, go bad, allowing hot exhaust gasses to get to the AIR pump.. [not good for it...]
Take em off, and check em by blowing thru em...

If they are bad, take them off completely.
