I can't decide on which gaskets to get. I know about the 1074 which is .039 thickness. I don't know yet if my heads will be milled any or not. Whats the stock compressed thickness and how thin can you go really? Plus i've seen a few gaskets described as for iron to aluminum heads. WHAT do I buy?

.039 was on the iron head lt1 can be used on alum raises compression to 10.8
