What starters work with a LT1 6spd

Will any SBC starter work on a LT1. I want to use a Jegs Prostarter on my lt1. The guy selling it said he got it off someone with a 95z28 so it should work on my 95.

I am also intrested in this question.

Ive replaced my starter on my 94 LT1 and everything looks the same. The LT1 has a very good starter. I bought a brand new one from Advance Auto because i needed it yesterday.... very powerfull starter. call tech at jegs or summit and they can answer your question, thats what their there for. you will have to call the 800 #'s to get the tech number. 800-345-4545 Jegs.
800-230-3030 summit. Good luck and let me know what you find out.
