Question What stall should i go with?

Since i blew the tranny, i'm going to be getting a different torque converter with the rebuild. My question is how high of a stall should i go with? My current mods and time are in my sig. Headers and most likely the cc305 cam are going to be coming when i get my tax returns. I was thinking about going with a 3,200 stall, but i was also thinking about a 3,500. What do you guys recommend? I'm also going to be getting et streets before i go to the track here in April. Thanks for any help!

I think a 3200 stall sounds optimal.
They told me to go with a 3700 on my 236/242 cam so 3500 might be a bit over-

Ok, see i was wondering if a 3,500 would be going a bit overboard, but i just thought i'd ask before i bought b/c i'm just starting to learn about tranny's.

3200, vigilante offers a great converter, however it does come with a great price.....for any "high stall" problems on your OBD1, i hear PCMforless has the fix.

You're luckily immune. The 1993 cars have 4L60 trannies, while the 94-02 cars have the 4L60-E. So your car's tranny, although OBD-I, isn't electronically controlled.

Get around a 3000-3200 stall, no less.

had my head up my @$$ when i read the post the first time, since u have a 4L60.......run atleast at 3000, otherwise it will just feel stock, i mean a 2800 will do u good...but why sell yourself short, most r th same price, just go bigger! 3200!!!!!!!!!!
