what springs?

Well, its getting closer to my build and I am finalizing what I want. The cam I am going with after 1.6RRs will be around 630/615 or so lift. What springs should I use? Would the 918 beehives work?

gonna be running trickflow heads, ported/polished, and either the XFI 468, or the lunati voodoo cam (60123 on summit)

i think the 918 behieves are rated to .600 lift so that may be a bit extreme, they work well on my setup but i'm only at .576 for lift with my 1.6's

The reason I didn't post anything is because I don't think your going to get there from here boss..... XFI lobes and let me guess Scorpion Aluminum Rocker Arms? IMHO you are basically asking for the impossible.

If you're not sure just get the specs needed for the springs from the company you get the cam from...

For the voodoo cam, they recommend this:
Lunati kit #65400
Springs: 73943
The cam card says recommended install height 1.75" = 100lbs, I hope that isn't seat pressure. Seems extremely low for such an agressive cam. I think these cams were meant to be run with the stock ratio rockers.

For the xfi cam, although summit and other sites say that the lift specs are with stock rocker arms, they're actually with 1.6RR (.584/.579) I just know they're made for the 918's, but Bret Bauer and others have reservations about those on a stock displacement motor.

Ok, that wasn't in the post, so I assumed 355. There's a guy here running that cam with 918's and getting some good results with his stroker, 396 I believe.
