Ok I have a 95 Z28 camaro.Current mods are
Cold air intake
52mm throttlebody
160 thermostat
Hypertech power programmer
Flowmaster exhaust no cat.

I was just wondering what some of your guys opinions are what would be the next mod that should be on my list.

Re: What Sould Be The Next Mod On List

I would say headers #1
If A4 - stall #2

That is my opninion.

Also, if you have the power program installed on your car from the Hypertech power programmer, I would unistall it when you put on headers or anything of the sort. That will actually cause you to lose power. The power program is good for stock cars only. That is what the program was made for. Hypertech power programmer is good if you are going to change gears, tired, thermostat...ect. Once you do anymore work on your car, take the program off and get a tune. Worth it!

what does a stall do???
I ALWAYS READ ABOUT PEOPLE WITH AUTOMATICS HAVING STALLS BUT I DONT KNOW WHAT THEIR FUNCTION IS. I ALSO READ IN MAGAZINES THAT THEY HAVE A 2400 OR 2500 STALL....IS THIS THE POINT WHERE THE CAR
STARTS TO MOVE????
THANKS IN ADVANCE....

I was thinking about doing the gears.Going to a 3.73 from my stock 3.23.Also how hard is it to install a 1.6rr in the LT1 and is there anything else I should do first before the install.

Rockers are not hard at all, probably take someone with experience about 2 hrs or so. Just be sure to not over tighten them.

Headers or a 3000 stall. How much you looking at spending? Edge makes a good convertor

Your engine is an air pump, give it the capabilities to flow, then all other mods will complement that.

It sounds like most people are sayind headers sould be the next thing. How hard are they to change,And is there a better way to install them so that I dont have to worry about breaking a bolt off in the head. With new after market headers do I have to get a new Y pipe or will the stock one work.
