What are some good sized sway bars to buy???
Okay basically, I have bilstein/prokit and subframes and strut tower brace. I will probably do lca's sometimes soon but I want the car to stay completely flat and be able to handle bends and turns without any sort of problems. Don't get me wrong, the car handles beautifully, I want it to be more than beautifully though. I presume that the WS6 swaybars are a larger size than stock t/a correct? What size front/rear and where do i get them from???
Sway bar size depends on intended use, power, tires, and what the driver prefers. Lots of people simply upgrade to 1LE hardware.
For instance, since you have a blower you may want to stay with a relatively light bar in the rear if you like to power out of turns. However if you are an avid drag racer you'll want a thick rear bar to help put power to both drive wheels. Heavier bars will keep the car flatter through the corners but will make the car much more sensitive to steering input (read really large bars can make the car "twitchy") Adding roll stiffness to the front of the car will add understeer while adding roll stiffness to the rear moves the car's attitude to oversteer.
It really depends on what you want and how picky you are. If you want a simple upgrade you may want to start with the 1LE setup. After you've had a chance to run that you may decide you want bigger/smaller bars in front and/or back. Since the Eibach springs aren't extremely stiff you may want to go with thicker bars yet.
I know this doesn't make the decision any easier
You may want to do a search through the autocross/road race forum to get a feel for what might be what you're looking for.

No it did not help but at least I have some kind of education now
Hmm, how many mm increase will I get from a 1LE upgrade. I don't want twitchiness, my brother's 5.0 is too damn twitchy (89 notch weighing it at around 2900-3000) and I hate it. I just want the car to stay flat so the suspension can work better go fast around bends on the highway etc. Especially the rear since it is not IRS you really feel the difference if you are pushing the suspension. I don't like that... Hmm anybody else have suggestions/success stories? Thanks!
