What size is the PCV nipple on the throttle body?

What size is the PCV nipple on the throttle body?
The biggest vacuum cap I could find at Pep Boys was 3/8-inch, which doesn't seem big enough. What size cap to I need to block off the nipple the PCV tube attaches to on the throttle body?

Another dumb question. Where can I get a 1/2-inch vacuum cap? I've tried a few auto parts and hardware stores without any luck.
