Re: What size are the nuts that hold the egr valve on ????

its on a hypertech but I dont have the download cable for it. bank 2 is getting long terms of around -6 to -17% or lower while cruising and such. I assume that means it thinks its running rich on that side. Bank one (the one missing the o-ring , i was wrong I think its actually injector 7) was running pretty good before with long terms only going as far off as - or + 3% usually hanging around +1% or so. I dont think the injectors seated right when I put it back together ,but I didnt have enough time to pull the fuel rail off again as I had 30 mins to get cleaned up and get to work , gonna try and reseat them tomorrow it started dumping fuel on bank 1 after I put it all back together +27%. I did have to close the throttle blades a few months back to get the idle to come down , it might have been the missing o-ring. I have a friend with autotap. we autotapped it about 2 weeks ago and I wanted to catch it detonating but it was at night and never got warm enough to do it. so we didnt save it. I can try and do it again if I can get the orings seated right one bank 1. I am the worst mechanic ever lol. Thanks for keeping up with this also Injuneer, I know your one of the most sought after people on the board and im sure you get 100's of messages a day.

Ill see about getting my friend to autotap it again.
