What size INJECTORS and THROTTLE BODY for my 398 STROKER??
I need to buy injectors for my 398 stroker and also need a throttle body, Which should I get to ran on my setup... 30lbs or 36lbs?? 52 or 58 TB???
398 Ci .40 overbore LT4 Block
Decked/Honed
AFR 220 Heads with 290 intake 207 exc flow
Lunati Nitrous Pistons, 4340 Crank, 6" Rods, Chromolly Rings
ATI Balancer

30lb? no way! I recommend 42lb for your 220 AFR and 242/248 camshaft. Definitely 58mm TB and if your car isn't lowered get LongTube headers..

An easy way to get into the ballpark on the injector size is to multiply flywheel HP by 0.07.
That assumes a BSFC of 0.48 #/HR/HP and an injector duty cycle of 85%.

The 36's or the 42's would work but the n2o has nothing to do with injector size unlkess he is running a dry kit which I doubt he would unless he plans on really tuning on this thing. Later

RUN 42's!!!! Trust me... Also, dont run a monoblade, since it is going to give you split blm's and that is gonna be a headache, unless you run an open loop tune. Run some SVO's 42's (green top) with a BBK or Holley or ASM 58mm TB. Anything else is going to be restrictive. That is the setup I am running as well...

- If you compare the quality of 36-42lb injectors. What would be the order?? Bosch, Delphi, Ford's SVO . . .

So pretty much everyone is saying run 42lbs SVO or what other brand, and I should go with a 58 TB I forgot to mention that the intake is ported for a 58 TB. Yea I need long tube and was thinking of trading my SLP coated shorties for long tube... Hopefully I can trade them of sell them ASAP before my motor goes in.. So 42lbs and 58TB.. I heard I should go with SVO 42lbs cuz they are the best for my motor.
