What size exhaust?

You can either gut the cat, or just remove it. Run the single 3'' exhaust with a single outlet instead of dual outlets from the muffler. Then use a turn down. I personally like the look of no tail pipes on a camaro and it sounds really good because it baffles underneath the car.

If you go with the bullet muffler, you can run it at the rear the same way I stated above. Or, you can put it right past the cat if you are gonna keep it. Then end the exhaust right after the bullet. Basically you whole exhaust system will end near the rear wheels of your car instead of the stock location.

There are so many ways you can run exhaust. Good luck in whatever you choose!

Hey, thanks for the help. One more question. How do you gut a cat? I've heard of some ways, but they all sound like they'd damage the cat. Could you help me out with this one last thing?

There is no way to do it without destroying the brick unless you cut the halves apart, remove the brick (and mat), and weld the halves back together.

Am runnning a 3 1/2 " exhaust, no cats into a spintech muffler with hooker resignator tips.Had been using a Hooker aero chamber but was to loud for my tastes.
