What should be replaced when....
My rack and pinion is going south so instead of buying a new $400 rack I found one from a low mileage z28. Is there any other parts that would be a good to take care of while I have it out? I have heard that tie rods are good to replace? Any info would be appreciated.

C'mon guys help me out. Well maybe you guys could answer me this one. I asked around a few shops and they want $200-300 to install the rack 
How hard is it? I don't know a whole lot about the front end suspension so I was hesistant to do it, but I think if I can do a header install on these cars it shouldn't be that hard to do the rack right?
