what should i run after this!! cc503 + extras

alrighty, i ran a 13.5 with 373 gears, madz28 tune, cold air, 160 stat, smooth elbow, and street tires. here is a list of what i have done to the car, with this new stuff what do you all think i will run now? im hoping under 12.5. here is the list-

cc503 (with crane spring kit and tune)
1.6 RR (full roller)
LT4 module
2400-2600 stall
shift kit
Pacesetter Longtubes
ram air
Drag radials
lower control arm relocation
front sway delete
rear poly bushing kit
new timing set (i know this seems stupid to list, but if you saw what came
off of the car youd list it too...lmao)

so what do you think???

What was your 60ft. last time? Why not a bigger stall than what you went with? high 12s would be my guess. It's kind of warm out there now, or you might pick up an extra tenth or two.

need lots more info.
60 ft
elevation
heat and humidity
rear tire pressure
etc
etc
etc

We need to know everything to help you find out your issues. When was the last time the car had a complete tune up? I mean everything.

You should be very low 12's with that cam in cool weather, you'll need-want more converter. Some have run 11.9x with that cam only.

i would love to be back at sea level, where i live is:
2400'
95-120 degrees
humidity is generally 0-20%

with the mods you have along with that cam low 12s high 11s could be yours but you gotta 60' that car and it will not happen without more stall, stock cam Lt1s love 3k stall so cammed should start there or go to a 3600 with 3.73s and tire...go for it see what she does then you will know what has to be done next......

and you said it was hot. Judging by the fact you live in KY i am assuming it was humid as hell?
What was the trap speed?
Have you ever been on dyno?

I ask because a hp and tq curve would really help diagnosing you issues. Unless you trapped 110 something is up with your car.

The 60ft times are poor, especially for the mods. A better 60 will help out a lot, if you were cutting 1.7's you would be 13.1,13.0,12.9, etc. The elevation, 60ft, heat&humidity are starting to make sense but it still sounds fishy?

Btw, only guys with perfect setups are funning high 11's or low 12's with your cam. Dont be bummed out if you dont. The majority of people never run that fast with a cam only setup.

im not having any problems??? im confused lol. just wondering what i should do after doing these mods. when i ran the 13.5 and the 2.06 60 all i had done was cold air, madz tune, 373s. i didnt even have all the bushings and relocation brackets. now i have the brackets, bushings, and i bought some nitto nt555s. im hoping for a 1.8 or better 60 with those tires and converter...

Ok, it seems i was also a bit confused.

Now getting back on track.
The mod list you have should be enough to break 12.50's, if you can cut a low 1.80 60ft you should be around 12.40's @110. 1.7's 60's will result in 12.20-30's.

You are gonig to wish you would have gone a little larger with the stall. A 3600 or 3200 would be better suited for your needs. Especailly when you trying to 60ft the **** out of the car for a decent ET. Im not an a4 guy so i really cant get into it with you im sure others will chime in with their oprinion. I may even be wrong with the 32 or 36, but you 2400 seems a little small to me, even smaller when you put in the cc503.

The track and the conditions will also play in here. your hot, humid, and 537ft above sea level air is not ideal for drag racing conditions. So if you only run 12.70's and the conditions are **** poor wait for the cool fall air around oct/nov and run it again before making a final assessment.

good luck
