**** that, gatroback is like 15 dollars more. Autozone brand right here...never had a problem and I've run them on both my cars for the last 4 years.

You mean $5 more than the standard AZ belt and well worth it.

It's only $19.

It's definitely more than $5 by me. I was just with a friend and it was $8 or so for the AZ one and about 19 for the gator back. In all honesty like it really matters, say it brakes...the good old LT1 cam driven waterpump you can keep on driving...just gotta have some upperbody.

I just looked at prices on their website and it was $5 different.

I don't really care. The Gatorback is worth the [minimal] price.

Ya gm was a mistake, considering it was probably made in taiwan like the AZ ones.

With 440 HP you may want to replace your tensioner pully too And to be extra **** Clean the existing pully surfaces (rubbing alchahol) before you slap the new belt on too
I have a gatorback as well

yea you said you have shot some WD40 on there make sure you get as much off as possible to help eliminate any slipping.

When did I say anything about WD40? I didn't use that. It would just introduce slipping. hehe.

I keep it really clean, and I will clean the pulleys again just for added analness. I am really **** with the car as it is.

Plus, the 440hp is at the wheels, so its like 515 at the crank. FUN!
