What sensor is between headers on drivers side?

What sensor is between headers on drivers side?
is that the ECT or knock sensor?
I borke mine off while doing headers.
to get it out i will have to take out the plug and get a whole new one. will a lot of coolant come out of there? The car has not been driven in a week
