What roller rockers would i need.
I have the Comp Cam 306 and i just bought ported heads and intake with Comps 987 springs with seats and shims . Im looking to get a 1.6 roller rocker. Would that be too much lift for the springs and get 1.5s? And what are the best brand to get. Im not realy looking to get the most HP out of the roller rockers im just want to change from my stock ones to roller rockers. Hear is some information on the cam and springs.

with a 987 spring the max recommended lift is around .600" w/ install height of 1.800"
they should support that cam which with 1.6 rockers comes out to .544/.576
as for rockers most will say the best to buy is Comp Pro Mags or Crane Golds, NSA or SA. with a NSA rocker though you will need guideplates and hardened pushrods. I personally would recommend SA since it's cheaper and SA rockers will support the amount of rpm you'll want to spin on the stock rotating assembly, though an NSA rocker will allow much room for growth in the future and you won't have to worry about upgrading later down the road. I myself had great luck with the Comp Magnum Roller Tips 1.6 Rockers($180) on my cc503 setup.
also make sure to pick up some longtubes since a cc306/ported head car will want as much exhaust flow as possible and header change will be a piece of cake while you have everything apart

Ok thanks. I will check out the Comp Magnum Roller Tips 1.6. And this will probably the last "big" engine upgrade ill do. And i was hoping i would find some good ones for around $200 like i said im not looking to get the biggest and baddest ones out just wants to get away from the stock ones. And i wanted to get long tubes but cant afford it right now and im trying to get all this done by Super Chevy Show the 18th so i have a little over a week.
